Job summary

Asplundh Careers is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinating tasks after receiving orders from a General Foreperson. You will train staff, enforce safety practices, and maintain good customer relations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and CDL is preferred. The role is full-time and on-site, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safety policies and conducts safety training per OSHA and company rules.
• Communicates with property owners re access, work scope, and damage concerns.
• Obtains permissions to perform required work and maintains customer relations.
