Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity, coordinating with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols. You will lead field teams, troubleshoot site issues, and mentor employees and contractors to ensure quality work.

You will supervise training, enforce OSHA-aligned safety standards, and maintain accurate work records while keeping costs in check. Valid CDL and willingness to travel for storm work are required.

• Capable of independent action with minimal supervision.
• Must hold a valid CDL and be willing to travel for storm work.
• Must be able to drive an approved company vehicle.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work from management orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new units.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policies; train crew accordingly.
• Obtain access permissions from property owners for work.
• Maintain crew records, timesheets, and reports; track unit completion.
