Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity, coordinating with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols. The role involves troubleshooting field issues, training staff, and mentoring team members to ensure high standards of work and customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, offering competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package. CDL is required, and travel for storm work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Communicates with property owners/customers to resolve access, downtime, and responsibility issues; refers complex cases to the General Foreperson.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and resource utilization.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and incidents as needed.
