Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate with management, and ensure safety protocols are followed on site. You will mentor employees, manage training, and troubleshoot routine job-site issues while maintaining productive relationships with customers and property owners.

The role requires CDL and the ability to drive a company vehicle, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy in record-keeping, and adherence to company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Needs ability to read drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to field requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work from orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners; refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports on work completed.
