Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily field operations, plan crew workloads, and enforce safety standards. The role involves coordinating with management on hiring needs, training crews, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks across job sites.

The candidate will mentor employees, communicate with property owners, and maintain records while driving a culture of safety and reliability. CDL and driving responsibilities are required for storm work.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and drive safely.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Obtains access permissions and coordinates with property owners for work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and performance reports.
• Controls crew costs and manages equipment usage efficiently.
