Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, and installations while directing in-store teams and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field, travel across the territory, and strong planogram skills. Benefits include weekly pay, health plans, PTO, technology allowance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and neighboring markets, including occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly, and installation.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects; communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Train and coach team on merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
