Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. The role involves performing resets, installations, and break-fix work, while guiding a team of merchandising associates and ensuring high-quality, on-time execution.

Travel throughout the market is required, with occasional overnight stays. A background in retail merchandising and leadership, plus planogram literacy, are essential for success in this field-based role.

Competenze

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates and coordinating projects.
• Ability to read planograms and follow client standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel across markets, including overnight stays.

Mansioni

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visits, photos, data) via mobile apps and systems; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete team-based projects on time and with quality.
• Train, coach, and demonstrate merchandising, installation, break-fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input to the District Manager on associate performance and onboarding.
