Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a defined market. You will personally perform merchandising tasks, train associates, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion of projects while coordinating with the District Manager on staffing and scheduling.

This full-time, field-based role requires regular travel and strong collaboration with client representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Plan efficient daily travel between assigned stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and escalate coverage gaps or issues to the District Manager.
