Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across multiple stores. You will perform resets, planogram compliance, and installations while guiding a team of merchandising associates in the field.

You will build relationships with store managers and client reps, ensure on-time reporting via mobile apps, and travel within the assigned market as needed to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates or teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory (resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixtures).
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work.
