Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead merchandising projects across the assigned market. The role involves on-site execution, training associates, and directing in-store work with a focus on safety and quality.

Regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in merchandising, strong planogram skills, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining client standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance per policy.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet/iPad for reporting and photo capture.
• Certified or willing to become certified within 30 days to operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts per OSHA rules.
• Resides within ~30 miles of majority of stores; willing to travel by personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reporting with visit logs, photos, and data.
