Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, installations, and break-fix work while guiding an in-market team of associates.

Travel throughout the market is required, with occasional travel to neighboring markets. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy of reporting, and building strong relationships with store management and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading or training field staff.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the market and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store merchandising, resets, installations, and break-fix work.
• Lead in-store team on projects; communicate instructions and sequence tasks.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store managers and clients.
• Complete timely project reporting with photos and data via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and equipment use on site.
• Escalate staffing gaps or issues to District Manager promptly.
• Train and coach associates on standards, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
