Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a designated market. You will perform and supervise resets, installations, and in-store projects, ensuring planograms are followed and safety standards met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates, formal or informal.
• Ability to read planograms and follow project instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and ensure standards are met.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and clients.
• Submit accurate project reports via mobile apps with photos.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate staffing gaps to District Manager promptly.
• Lead and train merchandising associates for quality work.
• Provide input on associate performance and onboarding.
