Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across the assigned market. This full-time, field-based role involves supervising merchandising associates, performing resets, and ensuring planogram compliance, with travel throughout the market as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or training field associates.
• Ability to read planograms and execute project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned market and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting via mobile apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in onboarding.
