Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will perform resets, install displays, and ensure planogram compliance, while guiding a team of associates and coordinating with store management.

Travel within the market is required. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, PTO, and a technology allowance to support on-site reporting and project completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, planogram compliance, displays, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work against standards.
• Build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting via company apps and verify accuracy of reporting.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions.
