RPM SPG in San Diego, CA is seeking a Field Estimator to deliver accurate roofing and façade repair estimates for patch-and-repair proposals. You will assess existing conditions, take-offs, and prepare detailed scopes and budgets for proposals while coordinating with field teams and Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, producing professional proposals, and ensuring cost-effective estimates aligned with project requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading field estimating teams and coordinating with sales.
• Strong understanding of roofing and building envelope systems.
• Familiarity with budgets, scopes, and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate QC processes with regional teams and ensure work meets standards.
• Investigate roof and envelope conditions to support GS estimates and proposals.
• Serve as a technical resource with roofing expertise for take-offs and cost estimates.
• Travel to project sites to develop and validate proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, field personnel, and managers to align scope and cost.
