Job summary

RPM SPG seeks a Field Resource Foreman to lead roofing field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of projects in our service region. You will conduct daily safety briefings, inspect site conditions, manage crew schedules, and communicate with customers and sales reps to align scope and milestones.

With a minimum of five years in roofing and deep knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope systems, you will guide technicians, monitor inventory, and review end-of-project

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of roofing experience.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and low-slope roofing systems.
• Experience with metal and steep-slope roofing repairs.
• Ability to read and follow specifications and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings with crew and client.
• Inspect site, equipment, and tools; address safety concerns.
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize crew productivity and hours.
• Ensure project scope and changes are communicated to stakeholders.
• Prepare end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs; address punch items.
• Manage inventory and quarterly counts; track materials.
• Review time reports and coordinate with admin and supervisors.
• Submit proposals over $20,000 for review.
