Job summary

The ideal candidate will quickly understand project scope, contract details, and utilize estimating software to produce accurate estimates. This role requires team collaboration and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years successful estimating experience.
• Ability to take roof measurements and read drawings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with time management and organization.
• Learn and use company software systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales/operations to provide detailed roof estimates.
• Prepare proposals outlining work, bid data, and drawings.
• Review contract information and assist in bid submission.
• Coordinate handoff from sales to operations for smooth execution.
• Update customers with accurate proposals and revisions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
