Rust-Oleum in San Diego seeks a Field Estimator to deliver accurate estimates for roof repairs, façades, and roof renovations. You will assess roofing conditions, develop scopes of work, and prepare budgets and proposals aligned with project needs.

The role requires detailed take-offs, field measurements, and collaboration with sales reps and field teams to ensure quotes reflect labor, materials, and time requirements. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of roofing systems and patch/repair methods.
• Experience creating detailed estimates and proposals.
• Ability to read plans and perform take-offs.
• Strong communication with field teams and customers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate QC with QCS for all field representatives in the region.
• Investigate roof and envelope conditions to support GS estimates and proposals.
• Provide technical roofing expertise and take-offs from construction documents.
• Travel to project sites as needed for proposal development and validation.
• Assemble and present estimates with precise details and documentation.
