Job summary

gpac is partnering with a leading roofing company to recruit an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager.

The role involves developing Accurate job estimates from plans, performing take-offs, reviewing subcontractor bids, and coordinating with clients to ensure feasibility and budget alignment. A strong knowledge of EDGE estimating software and construction contracts is required, with 3+ years in roofing estimation and a BS/BA in Construction, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.
• Working knowledge of commercial roofing documentation and contracts.
• Experience with general contracting processes and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and complete job estimates from drawings and specs.
• Identify labor, material and time requirements from plans.
• Conduct site visits and pre-bid meetings to confirm scope.
• Take-off and review blueprints and subcontractor bids.
• Collaborate with clients to meet project cost budgets.
