Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Field Engineer to support Field Operations across the United States. You will coordinate daily construction activities, promote safety, maintain project documentation, and assist with drawings and layouts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering with 1–4 years of relevant experience, OSHA 30, MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to travel. This role offers practical growth in construction management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 1–4 years of experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative and dependability.
• Willingness to travel full-time.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety on site and support JHAs and safety reviews.
• Coordinate supervision of subcontractors and vendors.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries to align with project schedules.
• Prepare detailed work plans and work packages.
• Assist with quality assurance and project layouts.
• Process labor timesheets and maintain project records.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and support leadership.
• Travel to job sites as needed; operate company vehicle as required.
