Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Field Engineer to support our Field Operations team. You will coordinate daily construction activities, promote jobsite safety, maintain project documentation, and support project execution across the United States.

You will work alongside the Superintendent and project team, gaining hands-on field experience while developing construction management and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree and OSHA 30-hour certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel full-time to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold GBA’s Health and Safety Program on site.
• Assist with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and safety reviews.
• Support supervision and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries to align with project schedules.
• Prepare detailed work plans and work packages.
• Assist with quality assurance, equipment scheduling, and interpretation of drawings.
