JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Field Engineer – Trade Family - Core to join a high-performing team on large Industrial & Manufacturing projects. You will work with craftsmen, supporting safety, learning construction methods, and contributing to Lean-driven processes.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years of construction experience, a preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and a willingness to participate in apprenticeship or training programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Participation in federally required training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

• Actively participates in project-specific safety plan and culture.
• Works with tools and performs self-perform work embedded in a crew.
• Learns company best practices and construction techniques.
• Builds relationships with trades and project team members.
• Learns Lean practices and participates in meetings.
