Job summary

Talentify in Warwick, RI is seeking a Field Engineer 3 to install, diagnose, maintain and service computer hardware and related systems at customer sites and depots. This 12-month contract (potential extension) requires 1–3 years of computer support experience, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, and US citizenship.

Shift Mon–Fri 3-11pm; non-driving but may travel between sites; overtime adjustments apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, and server hardware/software support.
• Install and maintain PCs, networks, servers and peripherals.
• Test and certify PCs, networks, servers and approved applications.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Update tickets and meet client SLAs.
