Job summary

NRP Investments is seeking a Field Engineer to handle document control and support project administration on construction sites. You will interact with the Project Manager and Superintendent, overseeing submittals, RFIs, and logs from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, reports, and facilitating the review process with consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control on construction projects.
• Proficient handling of submittals, RFIs, and logs.
• Ability to assemble and maintain project schedules and reports.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control at the project site office for all phases.
• Provide document support and assist field staff with project administration.
• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly construction logs and status reports.
• Oversee RFI, change orders, and shop drawing process with timely documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
