Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Field Engineer to support construction projects, focusing on document control, scheduling, and coordination with project teams. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent from conception to completion, ensuring accurate records and timely communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field and at least two years in multi-family construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
Minimum two years in construction, preferably multi‑family housing.
Proficient with project documentation systems and field reports.

Responsibilities

Create and manage the submittal schedule, track and review submittals against plans and specs.
Maintain and update submittal logs and related documents.
Assist superintendents with schedules, inspections, and daily/月ly construction logs and reports.
Ensure effective RFI/change order/document control processes are in place and properly filed.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and cost control.
Support safety programs and maintain OSHA compliance in the field.
Prepare close-out documentation and collect warranty materials for project turnover.
Maintain project records, meeting minutes, and inventory of materials.
