Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• Engineering licensure or willingness to obtain (PE/FE/EIT) preferred.
• Experience with RFIs, procurement, and document management in construction.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with BIM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Log and track RFIs with submission dates, due dates, and responses.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and materials per schedule.
• Maintain Submittal and Constraint logs; ensure timely approvals.
• Organize and control project documents and drawings.
• Support field team with constructability input and issue resolution.
• Communicate with designers, engineers, and owners to resolve issues.
