Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Project Engineer (PE) to coordinate project information and report to stakeholders on job progress. You will work with subcontractors, vendors and consultants to manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and safety documentation on site.

This on-site position emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and attention to safety. You will participate in the Project Engineer Academy and help ensure timely delivery and accurate records in Procore for the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction fundamentals, schedules and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with project software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Procore, Timberline/Sage and Primavera P6 is desirable.
• OSHA 10/30 is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document control: manage and distribute project documentation to the team and subs.
• Prepare and submit RFIs; track responses and update log via Procore.
• Coordinate submittals, review for specification compliance and close the loop with design team.
• Maintain safety documentation and conduct regular field walks with the team.
• Generate meeting agendas, track commitments, and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
