Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or related field and/or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline.
• Proficient in plan reading, technical reading and writing, and critical thinking.
• Experience with multiple project types and trades on mid-size to large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize submittals, RFIs, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks
• Manage meeting minutes
