Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Scheduling and AGTEK Take-off software knowledge.
• Ability to perform trigonometric calculations and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job controls to ensure contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing alignment.
• Interpret drawings for craft workers to ensure specifications are followed.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and support project schedule.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretation issues to verify compliance with codes and specs.
• Prepare status reports, punch lists, and material calculations for supervisor accuracy.
• Provide data on quantity take-offs, material prices, and labor costs for estimates.
