The position requires extensive travel, with weekly office reporting and paid training. Compensation is commission-based, with averages around $95,000 per year and top earners $250,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Mass Save program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Utilize energy efficiency software to model homes and generate savings reports.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Organize and guide customers through paperwork and documentation; travel in field.
