Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to help homeowners become more energy efficient by performing Mass Save assessments and modeling homes. You will drive to customer appointments from home, travel to Fairfield weekly for team meetings, and use energy efficiency software to generate reports and advise on insulation and HVAC improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel required.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• MASS Save program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes.
• Sell services and educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete paperwork.
• Continually improve product knowledge and sales skills; collaborate with internal teams.
• Travel to customer appointments from home and attend weekly meetings in Fairfield.
