Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. seeks a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save energy assessments and model homes for energy efficiency. You will travel from home to customer sites and join weekly meetings in Fairfield, CT.

The role emphasizes energy-saving recommendations, strong customer service, and the ability to close service contracts. Training is provided, with room for growth in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Mass Save program knowledge a plus.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Model homes in energy efficiency software and generate energy savings reports.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts; guide customers through paperwork.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with internal divisions to cross-sell products and services.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
