Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical installations in power projects. The role focuses on field supervision of craft workers, safety, quality, and productivity, with substantial time spent in the field to deliver projects on schedule.

You may travel/relocate as needed to support multiple power-generation EPC projects across North America, ensuring adherence to contract specs and electrical codes while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Willingness to travel/relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations ensuring compliance with specs and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors for smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to support the overall project schedule.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties and inform management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with safety, attendance, and nondiscrimination policies.
