Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field crews on industrial electrical installations including underground duct banks, conduit, cable trays, and MV/LV terminations. The role requires hands-on field leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across projects.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in industrial electrical work, ability to travel/relocate, strong supervision skills, and a proven commitment to safety and teamwork on complex power

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installations.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise craft workers.
• Strong safety focus and ethics.
• Ability to meet deadlines with good organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers to ensure safety, quality, and production.
• Plan, schedule, and execute field operations per contract specifications and codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Develop schedules based on man-hours to meet project timelines.
• Resolve conflicts and communicate with management as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, attendance, and conduct policies.
