Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical installations on power construction projects, including underground duct banks, conduit, cable trays, and MV/LV/C&I terminations. The role requires spending significant time in the field to uphold safety, quality, and productivity.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial electrical installations, strong supervisory skills, willingness to relocate as needed, and a commitment to ethics and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Experience supervising craft workers and evaluating performance.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers ensuring safety, quality, and production.
• Plan, schedule, and execute field operations to meet contract specs and codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Develop a field schedule based on man-hours to meet project deadlines.
• Resolve conflicts and communicate with management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, attendance, and nondiscrimination policies.
