Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on major power projects across North America. You will supervise craft teams, enforce safety standards, and drive quality and productivity in the execution of electrical installations.

You will spend significant time in the field, coordinating with subcontractors and other superintendents to deliver on schedule while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation scopes.
• Able to travel and relocate as needed.
• Experience supervising craft workers.
• Strong safety mindset and ethics.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations ensuring contract specs and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to meet overall project timeline.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing management as appropriate.
• Ensure project rules, safety, attendance and nondiscrimination policies are followed.
