Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee industrial electrical installations, including underground duct banks, conduit, cable trays, and MV/LV terminations. This role requires field presence, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

You will lead craft workers, coordinate with subcontractors, develop schedules, and enforce project standards. Travel and relocation as needed are required; a strong work ethic and safety commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation scopes.
• Experience supervising craft workers.
• Willingness to travel/relocate.
• Commitment to safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of field operations ensuring compliance with contract specs and electrical code requirements.
• Coordinate and interface with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to ensure timely completion to support the overall project schedule.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including safety and nondiscrimination policies.
