Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical installations, including underground duct banks, conduit, cable trays, pulling, terminations and equipment installs. The role requires field time to ensure safety, quality and productivity under your responsibility.

Candidates should have 5+ years in industrial electrical installations, the ability to travel/relocate, and a strong commitment to safety and ethics.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
Not required to have Superintendent experience; foreman experience encouraged.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Commitment to ethics and integrity; focus on safety.
Team player with ability to meet deadlines and goals.
Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
Ability to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
Plan, schedule and execute field operations per contract specs and electrical codes.
Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
Develop a schedule based on man hours to support project timelines.
Resolve conflicts and scheduling difficulties; inform management as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with safety, attendance and nondiscrimination policies.
