Rush Truck Centers seeks an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to drive truck sales within an assigned territory, with in-person visits several days a week from Cincinnati. You will build a sales pipeline, manage accounts, and coordinate with Finance, Insurance and Service teams to close deals.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Prior sales exposure is a plus, and the role requires regular travel and CRM documentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable per company policy.

• Self-generate prospective customers and opportunities.
• Maintain territory relationships with in-person visits at customer locations.
• Build a strong sales pipeline by regular outside activity and quotes follow-up.
• Document all communications and deals in CRM weekly.
