Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to prospect customers in their territory and drive sales. You will travel in person to customer sites, build a strong pipeline, and document progress in Microsoft CRM.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, knowledge of truck specs, and coordination with Finance/Insurance to secure financing and approvals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; experience or training preferred.
Valid driver’s license; insurable per Rush requirements.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Strong prospecting and CRM documentation.

Responsibilities

Self-generate new and existing customer opportunities.
Maintain territory relationships; make in-person calls at least 3 days per week.
Build a strong sales pipeline with outside calls and quotes follow-ups.
Make at least 3 in-person visits or 20 outbound calls daily; document in CRM.
Utilize Microsoft CRM; document all communications weekly with details.
Maintain knowledge of truck specifications and paperwork flow.
Coordinate with Finance and Insurance for customer financing and insurances.
Promote all services including parts, service, warranties, and telematics.
Within 6 months sell minimum of 6 units; obtain 50 CRM accounts; secure multiple contracts.
