Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to drive truck sales within an assigned territory, typically in-person and away from the main location. You will focus on growing a strong pipeline by actively pursuing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The role requires self-motivated sales activity, regular CRM documentation, and coordination with service and finance teams to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers/business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships with customers and make in-person sales calls at least three days a week.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular outside sales activity.
• Make a minimum of 3 in-person visits or 20 outbound calls per day and document in CRM.
• Document all communications, appointments, quotes and deals in CRM weekly.
