Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and prospect potential clients using digital campaigns, trade shows, references, and outbound outreach.
• Make outbound calls and secure in-person sales appointments to present customized service solutions.
• Assist in closing contracts, upselling specialty services, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Track metrics and organize prospective client data using CRM and internal systems.
• Travel up to 50% locally/regional to meet clients and attend events.
