Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Specialty Business Development Manager in the Greenville, SC region to drive new specialty service revenue across commercial facilities, education verticals, and industrial spaces.

You will spearhead field prospecting and rapid-cycle sales, maintain an active Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with local Branch Managers to close quick-turn contracts while traveling 60%+ of the time in the field.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years continuous B2B route sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Tech-savvy with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead cold prospecting, field drop-ins, and direct outreach
• Sell rapid-cycle, high-margin specialty solutions, including Interior Deep Cleaning, Floor Restoration, Exterior Services, and Construction Support.
• Maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce and generate active quotes per week toward a target annual revenue quota.
• Partner with local Branch Managers and Account Managers to close quick-turn contracts and transition clients smoothly.
