Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with at least four years of leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets.
• Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results.
• High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance.
• Comfort spending up to 75% of time in the field with a valid driver’s license.
• Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively.
