Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service across the Virginia Coastline and nearby areas. You’ll build trusted advisor relationships and map customer objectives to Carrier solutions, driving revenue through strategic account planning and a full service portfolio.

This field-based role emphasizes consultative selling, uptime, and lifecycle value for building assets, with strong collaboration across the local team and OEM support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience in HVAC, building systems, controls, or energy services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage CRM activities and consistently hit annual sales targets.
• Deliver tailored proposals and negotiate service renewals.
• Sell service agreements, repairs and modernizations across the portfolio.
