Based around Novi, MI, the role involves field work with customers across Detroit and Western MI, supported by a global OEM backing and structured development paths within Carrier.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related roles.
• Experience in HVAC service contracting, technical sales, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and growth strategies for commercial HVAC service offerings.
• Manage pipeline and CRM activities to hit annual targets.
• Lead proposals, renewals, and service agreements with customers.
