Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow our service agreements, repairs and modernization offerings across a MI field territory centered around Novi.

You will develop strategic plans, manage a CRM-led pipeline, and present value-based solutions to drive uptime, lower operating costs and asset lifecycle value for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work on rooftops as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Pipeline & CRM Management to hit annual targets.
• Consultative closing, renewals, and selling the full service portfolio (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Present at customer seminars and expand customer relationships.
• Promote Carrier value mapping to customer objectives.
