Job summary

Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, seeks a Dock & Door Service Technician to lead a team in achieving maintenance goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot, perform repairs, and conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment per dispatcher directions.

You will promote service programs, maintain records, and represent the dealership with professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction through technical excellence and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic mechanical skills.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of DC/AC electricity, motor control, and wiring preferred.
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred; lift truck and scissor lift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to achieve scheduled maintenance targets.
• Maintain SM completion at 100% and WIP at 30 days or less.
• Ensure safety training, proper records, and professional conduct.
• Travel to customer sites daily and maintain a company vehicle and tools.
