Job summary

Carolina Handling, LLC is seeking a Dock & Door Specialist to promote intralogistics solutions across manufacturing, distribution centers, warehouses, and ecommerce environments.

You will expand existing accounts, identify new clients, and lead initiatives around warehouse optimization and Dock & Door systems to drive business growth. Collaboration with Sales, Applications, Service, and Project Management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Dock & Door sales or service development.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and achieve sales goals for Dock & Door solutions with assigned and new customers.
• Analyze market potential and trends; collaborate with vendors to improve market penetration.
• Lead sales programs within assigned and new accounts to drive growth.
• Coordinate with Sales, Applications, Service and Project Management to meet customer needs.
