Job summary

The Overhead Door Company of Kansas City, a DH Pace Company, is hiring a Department Coordinator/Dispatcher in Olathe, KS. You will schedule technicians, manage job details, and align tickets for materials, billing, and service dates.

You will also assist with billing, generate service tickets, and support the estimating team with quotes. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and manage job details.
• Maintain technician schedules and align tickets for materials, billing, and closures.
• Run and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet documentation requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Collaborate with estimating team to provide service quotes.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to field technicians.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists.
• Other assigned responsibilities.
